Lindsey Madson, age 28 of Sheboygan passed away Thursday evening, January 19, 2017 following a short illness. Lindsey was born on August 16, 1988 in Sheboygan to Randy and Bonnie (Haack) Madson. Lindsey attended Sheboygan schools and graduated from South High School; she then furthered her education at UW-Sheboygan. She loved her job as a compassionate caregiver for TLC Homes Inc. Lindsey developed many close relationships with those she cared for. She enjoyed camping, hiking, fishing and spending time with family, especially her goddaughter Athena.
Survivors include her father Randy Madson of Sheboygan; brother Joshua Madson of Sheboygan and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Lindsey was preceded in death by her mother Bonnie, maternal grandparents Ruth and Herbert Haack and paternal grandparents Lucille and William Madson.
A service celebrating Lindsey’s life will be held 7 p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan. Rev. James Hollister from First Congregational United Church of Christ will officiate. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
A memorial fund has been established in Lindsey’s name.
